All units are private apartments located in regular type property with elevator. AIl with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom + amenities detailed.

3 NIGHTS MINIMUM - arrival any day of the week -Individuals only.

Full prepayment is required – 30% deposit on reservation, balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival

Cancellation policy : 30% of the stay not refunded in case of cancellation between 32 nights and 10 nights in advance - No refund in case of cancellation 9 nights or less in advance, no show and anticipated departure

AIl taxes are included except electricity according meter. This will be automatically charged on client’s credit card. (See cheek in formalities)
